‘More care. Built in’, the campaign line, came straight out of the product and the advertising illustrates this by using a small detail or difference to tell a big story. For example, it might be the fitting of a simple dust filter or an ‘industry first’– the products are full of great stories.
At the time the campaign moved Volvo CE up the world ranking from 4th to 3rd.
The Volvo Rents campaign was for the North American arm of the company promoting their equipment rental business and leveraged their reputation for a friendly, efficient service.
